Position Summary
- Assistant to Account Manager-AR in Department Description tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Issuing invoice and credit control of all receivables within agreed terms
- Keep records of all WHT certificates received
- Responding to customer queries via phone/email on all accounting related issues
- Monitor and follow up with customers regarding outstanding issues
- Send out reminders/actual invoices to the customers via EMS/ Email
- Prepare SOA to credit customer
- Perform database management: Maintain database of customer details in TMS, IBOX, and SAP.
- Manage the filing and tracking of related documents

- Clients / Debtors.
- Management.
- Cross-functional and department colleagues.
- External and Internal Auditors.
Key Experience & Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Proficient with SAP is a plus
- Proficient with MS office (excel)

- Proficiency in Basic English
