Position Summary

  • Assistant to Account Manager-AR in Department Description tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Issuing invoice and credit control of all receivables within agreed terms
  • Keep records of all WHT certificates received
  • Responding to customer queries via phone/email on all accounting related issues
  • Monitor and follow up with customers regarding outstanding issues
  • Send out reminders/actual invoices to the customers via EMS/ Email
  • Prepare SOA to credit customer
  • Perform database management: Maintain database of customer details in TMS, IBOX, and SAP.
  • Manage the filing and tracking of related documents

Key Stakeholders & Interface

  • Clients / Debtors.
  • Management.
  • Cross-functional and department colleagues.
  • External and Internal Auditors.

Key Experience & Qualifications

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient with SAP is a plus
  • Proficient with MS office (excel)

  • Strong self-initiative and self-driven
  • Detailed oriented
  • Proficiency in Basic English
  • Polite and tactful communication skills
