Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in air freight forwarding, import/export operations, or customer service in the logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of international air freight procedures, Incoterms,
and customs regulations. - Familiarity with logistics software and booking platforms
(e.g., Cargo Wise, SAP, or equivalent systems). - Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
