Qualifications :

• Female, age between 20-30 years
• Bachelor degree with good command of English and computer.
• At least 1 year experience in the freight forwarding business
• Good personality with excellent communication
• Positive attitude,  fast learner, service mind and willing to work hard

Job Description :

• Co-ordinate with customer before and after loading.
• Update export sailing schedule to customer
• Add booking number in the system
• Send the export booking confirmation to customer
• Co-ordinate with the port stevedore if any problems
• Follow up the tally sheet and send to customer
• Sort and manage cargo pictures after loaded into the container
• Update rate with shipping line for export FAK box (consol box)
• Confirm details on each cheque with vendor/customer
• Prepare weekly console report
• Respond all emails within 24 hrs
• Update rate quoted by the liners and agent with rate quote to customers
