Position Summary

  • Maintain and expand new customer base by telephone canvassing to achieve the assigned target

Key Responsibilities

  • Telephone canvassing cargo for all trade to achieve target lifting (mainly focus on OCA clients)
  • Maintain existing client base and increase MSC presence and share in the market by expanding the scope of the current client base
  • Ensure that daily operations run smoothly for customers

Key Stakeholders & Interface

  • External: Customers
  • Internal: Trade Management / Customer Service / Freight Team / Documentation / OPS & Logistics / Finance & Accounting
  • Internal: MSC Overseas Offices

Key Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field related
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the sales industry

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Robust MS Office software application
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-orientated
  • A good team player
  • Self-driven and passionate about people
  • Able to work independently

  • To achieve Sales Performance vs. Target
