Key Responsibilities

• Contact new customers and occasionally visit them
• Retain customers by providing the best quality service
• Coordinate and promptly respond to external and internal inquiries related to daily sales & operations
• Negotiate with subcontractors and agents, both locally and overseas, to secure competitive buying rates and address relevant cost issues
• Proactively work with customers to close any potential gaps and achieve customer satisfaction
• Initiate cost-saving projects to meet the company’s target objectives
• Prepare sales advertisements and reports to promote company services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Logistics & Supply Chain)
• At least 0-2 years of experience in Cross Border Trucking, Transportation, and Customs Clearance
• Knowledge of Import & Export Customs formalities is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• Must own a personal car
