Key Responsibilities
- Contact new customers and occasionally visit them
- Retain customers by providing the best quality service
- Coordinate and promptly respond to external and internal inquiries related to daily sales & operations
- Negotiate with subcontractors and agents, both locally and overseas, to secure competitive buying rates and address relevant cost issues
- Proactively work with customers to close any potential gaps and achieve customer satisfaction
- Initiate cost-saving projects to meet the company’s target objectives
- Prepare sales advertisements and reports to promote company services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Logistics & Supply Chain)
- At least 0-2 years of experience in Cross Border Trucking, Transportation, and Customs Clearance
- Knowledge of Import & Export Customs formalities is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Must own a personal car
