Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and partners to support inbound shipments.
- Liaise with overseas offices for bookings and ensure all required preparations are completed.
- Monitor and report any irregular expenses related to inbound shipments.
- Provide support and solutions to customers in cases of issues.
- Prepare reports for principals and relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records and manage data related to inbound operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the shipping line or freight forwarder will be an advantage.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in email correspondence.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Strong service-mindedness and a sense of responsibility.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
