Job Responsibilities :

• To collaborate between sales and other departments and parties to ensure satisfactory services provided.
• Supervise inbound or outbound freight operations including shift planning, freight loading and unloading, proper documentation and procedure control.
• Responsible for the overall customers services function including annual budget/target setting in order to achieve the objectives of the Company.
• Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads.
• Solve the major operational problems that arise in daily work in a timely manner; analyze and evaluate the work performance of employees in the department and make improvements;
  provide professional knowledge and skills training for new operators in the company.
• Responsible for communicating with domestic and overseas
  customers / agent and coordinating shipment matters.

Qualifications :

• Age preferably 35-45 years
•  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration or other relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarder, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarder, customs clearance, and transport
• Possesses skills and understanding in using programs and AI technologies related to job performance..
• Good communication skills and team management skills
• Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must
