Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and handle full set of export operations for seafreight shipments
- Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, trucking companies, and overseas agents
- Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on cargo status
- Communicate with customers and solve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with shipping line and customs requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in seafreight export (Forwarder background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of export processes and documentation
- Good communication skills and ability to multitask
- Basic English and computer proficiency
- Team player with attention to detail
