- Responsible for supporting the Global Account Team by assisting the Global Account Team Manager in managing customers’ Prepare and send weekly/monthly reports to the Headquarters.
- Handle customers’ shipments and send regular cargo tracking reports to the Headquarters.
- Weekly follow up booking with customers according to agreed
- Prepare space management data and submit it to the trade team and Headquarters.
- Collaborate among departments to solve customer
- Communicate daily with overseas offices to solve customer problems.
- Escalate reports to the direct manager to find solutions
Key Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a service-related industry

- Proficient in MS Office software
- Strong written and spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-driven and passionate about dealing with people
