Position Summary
  • Ensure the smooth operation of export Documentation
  • Ensure required reports prepare and submit timely
  • Manage the Export Section and supervise performance of the Export Team members to ensure a high quality of service and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure for accurate data input in MSC system, releasing of B/L and collection of payment
  • Monitor and ensure all export DTX files are sent to GVA
  • Coordinate with Regional Office regarding any local export DTX issues
  • Handle special and exceptional problems for all Export shipments / enquiries
  • Coordinate with Export team to ensure local & global requirements are met
  • Manage key customer relationships and expectations
  • Lead & participate in support system improvement / new projects implementations
  • Support Manager in adhoc projects / tasks and cover in his / her absence
Key Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in logistics or maritime transportation or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Export Documentation in shipping or forwarding
  • Minimum 5 year experience in shipping or forwarding
