Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team ,ensuring ongoing training and development.
- Develop sales team through positive thinking approach ,selling skills counseling and enhance product knowledge
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Top Management
- Manage strategic suppliers and oversee agent relationships
- Manage assigned special projects or assignments from the Senior Vice President of Sales and Top management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in logistics, Marketing ,Management or other related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding, logistics, airlines, and shipping lines industries.
- Being able to analyze sales data to effectively launch the necessary sales strategies
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, including air/sea /multimodal freight forwarding.
- Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
- Extensive in team leadership.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
- Good Skills in MS Office.
- Outgoing with a good personality.
- Must have own car.
