หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
- จัดทำใบขนสินค้าขาเข้า–ขาออก ในระบบ e-Customs / CI
- ตรวจสอบพิกัดศุลกากร (HS Code) และเอกสารประกอบการนำเข้า–ส่งออก
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้า ตัวแทนสายเรือ สายการบิน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของค่าใช้จ่ายและเอกสารต่าง ๆ
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเกี่ยวกับงานเอกสารศุลกากร
- ติดตามสถานะการตรวจปล่อยสินค้า#
คุณสมบัติ :
- มีประสบการณ์ทำใบขนศุลกากร 1–3 ปี (Freight Forwarder จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- เข้าใจพิกัดศุลกากร HS Code และกฎระเบียบศุลกากรเป็นอย่างดี
- ใช้งานระบบ e-Customs / Customs Intelligence ได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ แก้ปัญหาได้ดี*
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
- หากมีใบอนุญาตตัวแทนออกของ (Customs Broker License) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
