Requirements : 

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills both Thai & English.
• Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with a proven track record in marketing or customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to all inquiries via LINE OA and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare proposals, and tariff rates; negotiate terms and finalize commercial term.
• Coordinate with agents and internal teams to facilitate and secure shipments.
• Monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Support marketing activities and business development initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports.
