We are seeking a proactive and organized person to support our General Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Administrative Support:

  • Good presentation.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, catering, and materials for events.

2. Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Track project progress and report updates to the GM.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

3. Research and Analysis: 

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare summaries and insights for the GM’s review.

4. Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between the GM and other staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure information flow within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female 30-45, Bachelor Degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of Logistics, Warehousing and Shipping Lines will be preferable.
  • Knowledge of social media and modern technology will be advantage.
  • Experience with resource, team and time management.
