Requirements : 

• Open to Thai nationals and ASEAN expats.
• Proficient in leveraging digital tools to drive business performance.
• Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel and analytical reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
• Willingness to be based in Myanmar, Vietnam and travel within the region as needed.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in optimizing revenue, costs, and overall profitability.
• Native-level proficiency in English. Ability to speak Vietnamese or Burmese is a significant advantage.
• Strategic leadership, team development, negotiation, problem-solving and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Vietnam/Myanmar logistics landscape, including local customs, transportation modes, and market trends.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, with a proven track record at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in driving business growth through strong local networks, with exceptional crisis managementskills and a deep understanding of currency regulationsand geopolitical risk mitigation in volatile markets.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Responsibility for the country’s budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Attend related conferences, networking events, and association meetings
• Ensure smooth shipment operations and compliance with customs & trade regulations.
• Support sales, marketing activities and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Identify high-potential industries in the local market and build strategic partnerships with overseas partners.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Provide regular strategic updates, sales report, and performance reports to the executive management team.
• Navigate local legal requirements, tax regulations, and licensing in Vietnam/Myanmar to ensure 100% compliance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to establish and expand the company’s presence in Vietnam /Myanmar.
