About Company

Open Link was established in 2007 as a logistics service company with core business in International sea & air transportation and forwarding. Our primary mission is to provide innovative, fast and reliable technical assistance to individuals and organizations in order to accelerate local and international development efforts.

Currently, we are looking for new people to join our team, as detailed below:

Job Requirements

  • Male or Female
  • Aged between 25-40 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in International Business, Logistics Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 year experience as customer service or operations officer in Logistics and/or Freight Forwarding
  • Service-minded, hardworking, and highly responsible
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of invoices, packing lists, B/L, and related documents to responsibilities
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet Browsing, and E-mail

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internally with each department to support customer requirements and solve problems.
  • Monitor e-mails and complete internal and external daily job requirements.
