Key Requirements:
- Male or Female (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Business, Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer relationship management would be a plus, especially in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Service-minded, energetic, and hardworking with a high level of responsibility and a can-do attitude
- Excellent command of English in speaking, reading, and writing
- Computer skills, including MS Office and email
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve goals
