Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in sea freight – US trade is required.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Chinese Communication is a plus.
• Good personality with service mind & effective communication skill.
• Good and supportive team player with mindset to work dedicatedly and efficiently to achieve goal.
