Job Responsibilities 

  • Follow up with customers for necessary documents.
  • Coordinate between oversea agents, customers and suppliers.
  • Communicate with sales team for buying and selling rate, update quotation and customer requirement.
  • Issue invoice to consignee.
    Coordinate with billing team for any money collection issue.
  • Can open and close the job as schedule.
  • Can check the documents correctly and timely.

Qualifications 

  • Female
  • Age between 22-35 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration International Transport, Business Administration Logistics
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Computing skill, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet
  • Good communication both internal and external, interpersonal relation, ability in teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Preferably with working experience in freight forwarder at least 2 year
