Job Description :
- Ensure availability, performance, and operational readiness of business‑critical applications.
- Act as the senior escalation point for local business applications and digital solutions.
- Coordinate incident management, access issues, configuration support, and escalations with MSC Global IT / SSC teams.
- Ensure application support activities comply with MSC Global IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements.
- Support internal and external IT audits, ISO reviews, and compliance activities related to digital solutions.
