Requirements : 

• Open to Thai nationals and ASEAN expats.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strategic leadership and team development
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
• Relationship-driven mindset with a passion for building and maintaining long-term business partnerships.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, with a proven track record in Sales and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Support marketing activities and business development initiatives.
• Highly responsible with the ability to develop professional overseas sales teams.
• Attend related conferences, networking events, and association meetings (local & international).
• Identify and onboard overseas agents while managing long-term partnerships and securing competitive pricing and terms.
• Establish annual overseas sales targets and develop expansion strategies for overseas markets to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare sales analysis reports and monthly sales forecasting, and present performance insights to the executive management team.
