Job Description :
- Handling customers’ inquiries to backup export sales, export sales manager.
- Completing the administrative needs of export customers
- New customer creation in internal system.
- Rate filing coordination in system.
- Order release coordination with oversea colleagues (DCA shipment)
- To check and keep maintenance special condition le (ie. Free time/D&D/cleaning/Cntr. repair costs etc.) based on irregular & regular orders on contract terms & conditions.
