Job Requirements

• Thai national or any person fluent in the Thai language
• 20-35 years old
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Good communication skills in English (both writing and speaking)
• Excellent computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Browser)
• Customer-oriented, detailed, organized, and enthusiastic
• Service-minded
• Able to work with a team functionally

Responsibilities

• Contact with customers regarding imports/exports in the industrial group
• Make quotations as requested and present a plan to close the sale
• Check and reply to internal and external emails daily
• Maintain functioning relationships with existing customers
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customers’ requirements
• Responsible for sales targets
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
• Oversee and deal with customer complaints
