Key Responsibilities
- Contact new customers and occasionally visit
- Retain customers to use our service and provide them the best quality service
- Coordinate and promptly respond to the customer and internal departments related to daily sale & operation inquiries
- Negotiate with sub-contractors and agents in both local and overseas for competitive buying rates and other costing relevant issues
- Proactively work with customers in order to close any potential gaps and achieve customer satisfaction
- Initiate the cost saving project to meet the company’s objective target
- Prepare sales advertising and report for promoting company services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain
- At least 0-2 years working experiences in Cross Border Trucking, Transportation and Custom Clearance
- Knowledge in Import & Export Customs formality will be an advantage
- Excellent communications skills both internal and external communications
- Strong in communication & Negotiation skill
- Proficient in communication of English with speaking and writing
- Computer Literacy in MS Office (Power point, Word & Excel)
- Have personal own car
