Job Description:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify market potential trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the Chinese-speaking customer segment.
- Identify new markets and customers through market research and trade directories.
- Regular visit and canvass cargo for all trades
- Increase customer relationships by maintaining close contact with both existing and potential customers.
- Customer retention, having close contact for existing Chinese customers.
- Maintain existing client base and increase MSC presence/share in the market.
- Promote MSC’s services to clients with presentation on-site.
