Key Responsibilities

• Develop and establish new network agents to broaden market reach and foster business expansion
• Travel internationally for exhibitions and client meetings to support business development
• Manage and oversee sales activities to achieve performance in line with the company’s strategic plan
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Handle overseas operations in compliance with the laws and regulations of each foreign base
• Direct and coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Logistics & Supply Chain)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Cross Border Trucking, Transportation, and Customs Clearance
• Knowledge of Import & Export Customs formalities is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
