Responsibilities
- Sales call to maintain relationship with customer.
- Free time application and solving long stay shipments.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and partners to support inbound shipments.
- Coordinate with overseas offices for nominated bookings and all necessary arrangements.
- Monitor irregular expenses incurred from inbound shipments.
- Assist customers in problem-solving.
- Prepare reports for principals and concerned parties.
- Manage data and record information related to inbound operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the shipping line or freight forwarder will be an advantage.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in email correspondence.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Strong service-mindedness and a sense of responsibility.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
