Area of responsibilities:

• To negotiate rates and prepare the quotation for customers
• To maintain client relationships, responding to customers questions or in some cases complaints as well as collect customer feedback and testimonials
• To coordinate with internal and external correspondence in accordance with the customer requirement
• To review sales and prepare reports and provide insights for senior manager comparing actual sales against targets set
• To develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• To help devise and develop sales proposals and any sales collateral the company may require
• To stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

Qualification:

• Thai Nationality, age not over 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of shipping and logistics industry experience
• Proficient in computer skills and email communication
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Thrives under pressure and excels in problem-solving
• Excellent customer service mindset and high responsibility
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Owns a personal vehicle
