Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Analyze sales data and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in the Freight Forwarding business will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must own a vehicle
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to travel as required
