Job Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with overseas agent, carriers, NVOCCs, and co-loaders to obtain spaces
• Prepare freight quotations for overseas customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Analyze feedback and report to the management team
• Update and maintain rate databases, contracts, and freight surcharges
• Support the overseas sales team in responding to RFQs and agent inquiries
• Build strong relationships with service providers and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality
• Male / Females, agent not over 45 years
• Certificates or Degree in Logistics, Business, International Trade, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized
• Able to multitask and work under time pressure
