Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers and other related functions, both internal and external parties in proper manner with the correct information.
  • Control and Monitor cost related to each shipment and control DSO to be on company target.
  • Provide any reports (tracking, status report etc) to customers as if required
  • Coordinate with external & internal for any operation works related to each shipments i.e. freight booking, truck booking, issuing docs, billing etc.
  • Participate in Monitoring System for complete & accurate export customs entry
  • Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standard including Thai law and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • minimum 3 years of working experience in this field
  • Highly responsibility Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good personality, human relationships, strong service minded with customer focus.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Computer & typing skills
  • Communication & Stimulating skills
  • Good command speaking and reading English
  • Good knowledge in freight forwarding and customs clearance
