Requirements : 

• Open to Thai nationals and ASEAN expats.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
• Relationship-driven mindset with a passion for building and maintaining long-term business partnerships.
• Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and effectively manage an agent pipeline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, with a proven track record in Sales and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Prepareproposals, negotiate rates, and finalize commercial terms with agents.
• Coordinatewith agents and internal teams to secure shipments.
• Monitorshipment status to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achievecompany sales targets and prepare performance reports.
• Developand maintain strong relationships with agents.
• Identifynew business opportunities and potential markets.
• Supportmarketing activities and business development initiatives.
• Attendrelated conferences, networking events, and association meetings (local & international).
