Requirements : 

• Thai nationality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Safety, or a related field.
• Excellent Thai & English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Service-minded, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across all job levels.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Transport Planner, with extensive experience in route planning.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Manage internal and sub-contractor fleets, including driver coordination, to meet delivery/pickup targets and company standards.
• Handle customer service, transportation, cross-border logistics, and customs compliance.
• Monitor shipments, provide status updates, and proactively resolve delays.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Prepare performance reports and input data into the TMS program.
